- Orders shipped by truck freight or expedited shipping (Damage claims must be filed with carrier 48 hours)

- Light Bulbs. Bulbs damaged in transit please refuse if not refused Please contact us with in 72 hours of delivery so a claim can be made. failure of contacting us can void any replacment or refund. Bulbs that fail within 15 days of receipt will be exchanged at our option if they have not been altered, misused, improperly installed or physically damaged. Bulbs that fail after 15 days may be replaced under warranty by manufacturer, we do not cover manufacturer's replacement shipping costs.

- Items that are new, unused, unaltered, undamaged with all included accessories and original packing materials.
- Items that are repacked properly in original packaging, arriving undamaged and in resalable condition.
- Items that we receive within 10 days of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) being issued.
LIGHT BULBS - AVERAGE HOURS OR LIFE IS NOT A WARRANTY
Average hours is an industry guideline that suggests the following: if you take a 3,000 average hour bulb as an example, half of these bulbs will burn out at 1,500 hours, and half of these bulbs will burn out at 4,500 hours giving you the rated 3,000 hour average.
We will refund or pay shipping costs associated with an error on our part only. If you are eligible for a refund based on discretion, you will receive a refund less any applicable return, cancellation or restocking fees within 30 days of our receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. No refunds will be given for merchandise damaged during shipment or missing accessories,
