ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER
  • Packages wihtout an RMA number will be refused.
  • Please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Return address May be different .
  • RMA's expire 10 days from date of issue.
 
THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN BY JED LIGHTS (Manufacturer's Warranty Still Applies)
  • Discontinued items
  • Custom-ordered or custom-made items
  • Orders received by customer over 10 days ago
  • Orders shipped by truck freight or expedited shipping (Damage claims must be filed with carrier 48 hours)
  • (all Led Light Bulbs ) and Orders that include a special price quote or used a discount coupon code or instant rebate or instant discount
  • Light Bulbs. Bulbs damaged in transit please refuse if not refused Please contact us with in 72 hours of delivery so a claim can be made. failure of contacting us can void any replacment or refund. Bulbs that fail within 15 days of receipt will be exchanged at our option if they have not been altered, misused, improperly installed or physically damaged. Bulbs that fail after 15 days may be replaced under warranty by manufacturer, we do not cover manufacturer's replacement shipping costs.

  • Items that are new, unused, unaltered, undamaged with all included accessories and original packing materials.
  • Items that are repacked properly in original packaging, arriving undamaged and in resalable condition.
  • Items that we receive within 10 days of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) being issued.
 
 
LIGHT BULBS - AVERAGE HOURS OR LIFE IS NOT A WARRANTY
Average hours is an industry guideline that suggests the following: if you take a 3,000 average hour bulb as an example, half of these bulbs will burn out at 1,500 hours, and half of these bulbs will burn out at 4,500 hours giving you the rated 3,000 hour average.
 
 
Refunds

We will refund or pay shipping costs associated with an error on our part only. If you are eligible for a refund based on  discretion, you will receive a refund less any applicable return, cancellation or restocking fees within 30 days of our receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.
